Returns

Exchanging or returning your Kugy product(s) is simple.

Making you happy makes us happy. So if you're not satisfied with your item, we’ll gladly take it back within 30 days if it is unworn and undamaged. 

We are currently offer free returning and exchanging option only for the customer inside EU. 

For European Union Orders: Please fill the following form and add it to your package.Please complete the return form provided by the shipping company and follow their steps (via email)

For orders outside European Union: We are currently offer free returning and exchanging option only for the customer inside European Union.  

General Requirements: Ensure your product:

• Still has its original tags attached
• Is unused and in its original condition
• Includes the completed return/exchange form (so we can identify the related order).

• Please complete the return form provided by the shipping company and follow their steps (via email)

Discount Adjustment for Returns: If you purchased multiple items and received a discount (example: 10% for 2 items, 15% for 3 items, or 20% for 4 or more items), the refund will be adjusted to reflect the proportional discount based on the number of items left in the order after the return. For example, if you purchased 3 items and received a 15% discount but returned 1 item, the remaining 2 items will be recalculated at a 10% discount.

Refund Process: Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we'll process your refund promptly.
